These terms are an agreement between you and Be the Aloha LLC ("we", "us") for using CGU Clipboard ("the app") and cguapp.com. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. The app is a tool for coaches, team parents and league volunteers to manage a team.
Your team information
- What you enter is yours. You're responsible for having permission to enter it.
- Use first names or initials for players. Don't enter addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, medical details or photos of players.
- You're responsible for who you give your team code or shared links to.
- Keep your own backup of anything important. Data saved only on your phone can be lost if the phone is lost, reset or the app is deleted.
Free version and Clipboard Pro
- The free version includes one team, roster, positions, even-playing-time rotations, score keeping and the printable game sheet.
- Clipboard Pro is a subscription at the price shown in your app store, currently $5.99 a month or $29.99 a year in the US.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your Google Play or Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own rules. We can't issue refunds for store purchases directly.
- If your subscription ends, your data stays. Pro features lock until you subscribe again.
- We may change prices. A change won't affect a period you've already paid for, and your app store will tell you before it applies.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app or its sharing service. That means no trying to access other teams' data, overload the service, copy or resell the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
The app is a helper, not a referee
Rotations, playing-time figures and stats are worked out from what you enter. Check them before you rely on them, and follow your league's rules. Live sharing needs an internet connection and may sometimes be slow or unavailable.
Ownership
The app, its design and the CGU Clipboard name belong to Be the Aloha LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Be the Aloha LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend sharing for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
